Perry Memorial Hospital is a critical access hospital located in Princeton, IL about 100 miles southwest of Chicago off of Interstate 80. The Mission of Perry Memorial Hospital is to provide compassionate, quality health services to the people and communities we serve. This mission began when Perry Memorial opened its doors in 1920.
Perry provides a full-range of services to the residents in Bureau County and the surrounding 4 counties. Perry employs approximately 350 employees who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and customer service. Active and consulting medical staff includes over 100 physicians representing 24 specialties.
Some of the services provided by Perry Memorial include: a Pain Clinic, Sleep Center (we also offer home sleep studies), Extend & Mend swing bed program, Medical Rehabilitation, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Radiology and Laboratory services, Endoscopy/Special Procedures, Perry Memorial Prompt Care Walk-in Clinic and a Geriatric Behavioral Wellness Program coming in August. The Perry Memorial Family Health Clinic currently staffs 3 physicians and 5 nurse practitioners.
